Introduction

SocialZop is a trade name (DBA) of LinkSongs LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). LinkSongs LLC is the legal entity responsible for SocialZop. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose personal information in connection with socialzop.com and our marketing intelligence, video, reporting, analytics, and related services (the "Services").

The information involved depends on the features you use, information you provide, and accounts you choose to connect. This Policy does not govern the independent practices of third-party websites or services.

Information We Collect

  • Account and contact information: your name, email address, business or organization details, telephone number, billing address, and information you provide when registering or contacting us.
  • Authentication information: account identifiers, credentials used for account access, and, where you choose a supported third-party sign-in or integration, profile information and access tokens within the permissions you authorize.
  • Content and marketing information: videos, images, text, prompts, website or social account information, campaign details, reports, and other materials you submit or make available through connected services. Content may include personal information about you or others.
  • Usage and technical information: IP address, browser and device information, log data, pages and features used, approximate location inferred from IP address, and interactions with the Services.
  • Communications: support requests, feedback, survey responses, and correspondence with us.
  • Transaction information: subscription or purchase details, billing status, and payment-related records. Payment processors handle payment credentials according to their own privacy notices; we may receive billing details, transaction identifiers, and limited payment-method information.

We receive information directly from you, automatically through your use of the Services, and from providers or connected accounts where authorized. Marketing intelligence may also involve publicly available business, website, and social media information. Please provide personal information about others only when you have the authority to do so.

How We Use Information

  • Provide and operate the Services, manage accounts, authenticate access, and process transactions.
  • Process content and videos, analyze marketing information, and produce reports, analytics, and recommendations requested through the Services.
  • Respond to requests, provide support, and send account, billing, security, and service notices.
  • Understand usage, troubleshoot problems, and improve the functionality and reliability of the Services.
  • Send marketing communications, subject to your choices and applicable law.
  • Detect misuse, protect the Services and users, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations.
  • Carry out other purposes explained when information is collected, or with your consent where required.

Video, Analytics, and AI Features

When you use video, analysis, or AI-assisted features, we process the content, prompts, related metadata, and connected data needed to provide the requested results. Providers supporting those features may process that information on our behalf. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your request.

Reports and outputs may contain information derived from your inputs and third-party sources. Sharing or publishing them can make that information available to others. This Policy does not grant permission to use your private content for unrelated purposes; any materially different use requires appropriate notice and any consent required by law.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies to support sessions and authentication, remember preferences, and understand how the Services are used. Depending on the features and providers in use, these technologies may collect device identifiers and interaction information.

You can manage cookies through your browser and any consent controls provided on the Services. Blocking certain technologies may affect functionality. Where applicable law requires consent for a particular use, we will request it.

How We Share Information

  • Service providers: providers supporting hosting, storage, authentication, video processing, AI features, analytics, communications, customer support, and payments, as needed for their functions.
  • At your direction: with connected services, collaborators, or other recipients when you authorize an integration or choose to share or publish information.
  • Legal and security purposes: when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, enforce agreements, address fraud or misuse, or protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Business transactions: in connection with a proposed or completed merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable privacy obligations.
  • With your consent: when you authorize another disclosure.

Third-party services you use directly, including payment and connected account providers, may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Review those policies before using an integration or supplying information to them.

Connected Accounts and Third-Party Links

Connecting an account may allow us to receive and process information within the permissions you approve. You can revoke access through the applicable provider and any available SocialZop account controls, or contact us for assistance. Revoking access stops future authorized access but does not automatically delete information already received; you may separately request deletion.

Links to external websites do not make their privacy practices part of this Policy. We do not control those websites.

Communications and Your Choices

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting hi@socialzop.com. You may still receive transactional communications, such as account, billing, security, and service notices.

Where supported by our communications tools, email interactions such as opens and link clicks may be used to understand engagement and improve communications. You may also manage relevant settings in your email software.

Retention, Security, and Processing Locations

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Services, meeting legal and accounting obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. Retention depends on the type of information, account status, and applicable requirements. Deletion may be subject to limited retention obligations and backup cycles.

We use safeguards intended to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Privacy laws may differ from those in your location. Where required, we use legally required safeguards for international transfers.

Privacy Rights and Requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of specified uses such as targeted advertising, sale, or sharing as those terms are defined by law, if those activities apply. These rights are not available in every jurisdiction or in every circumstance.

To submit a request, email hi@socialzop.com. We may need to verify your identity and, where applicable, the authority of someone acting for you. Do not send passwords or full payment credentials. We will respond within the time required by applicable law, explain any applicable exceptions, and provide appeal information where required. You may also have the right to complain to a privacy regulator. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Where we process information on behalf of a business customer, we may refer your request to that customer or assist it in responding. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing already lawfully carried out.

Children

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as the Services or our practices change. The Last Updated date identifies the latest revision. We will provide additional notice of material changes and obtain consent where required by applicable law.
